The two common solutions to slewing bearing noise, dust and scar, are as follows:

(1) Control method of dust sound

There are dust and other foreign bodies in the rotary branch, non-periodic vibration will occur, the so-called dust sound, its vibration and noise size is uncertain, and or or no.

The control method of dust sound: improve the cleaning method of the slewing support/rotary plate bearings, and clean the bearings, shafts, seat holes and matching parts strictly before installation;Remove foreign matter in the lubricant;Improve bearing seal;Avoid plastic retainers with impure materials or embedded foreign matter.

(2) Control method of scar sound

(4) Noise related to the main engine and countermeasures
