XZWD plant annual production capacity of 68,000 sets for slewing bearings, and the current processing method is flexible. Batch production line, single piece production line coexist. The size range is 150~5000mm to meet different customers’ requirements. We plan to built two new plant recent years, XZWD new plant and Fengxian new plant.

XZWD mew plant advantages :

1.Lead time:With a current capacity of 5,600 units/month at XZWD. With a later production capacity of 8,000 sets per month, the lead time will be reduced by one week.
2.Quality assurance: XZWD cooperates with many aerial lift manufacturers,and familiar with the production and technical requirements of aerial lift, and the factory has rich experience in processing and manufacturing.
3.Room for future price reductions:In 2021, the company introduced the ring forging production line, there is room for further price reduction in the future, and the production cycle is under our internal control.

The first phase of XZWD’s new plant foundation construction have been completed, the second phase is under construction, and all civil construction will be completed by December 31, 2020. XZWD new plant will be put into forging production, size 600 ~ 2000mm, there is further room for price reduction in the future.

Fengxian plant Advantages :

1.Product positioning: Fengxian plant is focus on batch line of small slewing ring and slewing drive within 800mm, the factory adopts full CNC equipment production line and assembly line, product quality is more stable.
2.Customized service: Fengxian plant could customize the production line according to the customer’s development needs and to meet the future development needs of both parties.
3.Ability to rapidly build production capacity: 4 lines have been designed and completed, there are 2000 sets/month production capacity, and the equipment manufacturers have been docked, the production capacity can be quickly formed in 3 months.
For slewing bearing our annual output is more than 60,000 sets, with export accounting for 48%. At present, we export to more than 60 countries and regions, and our main customers account for 60% of our performance.

Our heat treatment team is led by experts engaged in heat treatment work for more than 30 years, with a team of more than ten people, specializing in ultra-thin pieces of slewing bearing rail quenching accuracy and crack control, integral tooth quenching accuracy control.

The development of new products of ball and roller combination structure which fills the blank of our company in the processing of ball and roller combination structure products, and lays the foundation for the processing of large ball and roller combination structure slewing ring products in the future.
